Position Description
RN Home Health - Enterprise, AL- Local or Traveler
13 weeks
FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
On call info: On call required if requested
Travel Area: Daleville, Enterprise, New Brockton, Elba, Jack, Troy, Brundidge, Ariton : Coffee, Dale, Pike and small piece of Geneva
Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required; Regular nursing skills to include, wound care, IV therapy, disease management and education, Home Health experience is a bonus.

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN Certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.
Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
